Insulated Covers
Hi, when I have played my wooden, not mica, pedal steel guitar at a gig, I don’t normally put it in the cases. I leave it all set up, and put it in a vehicle that I can get it in and out of. Any ideas of an insulated cover that works in the cold winter weather, to avoid cracks in the finish?

Re: Insulated Covers
Is something like you are searching for?
It has a Naga-Hide cover, For water proofing, Plush lining and several layers of quilt filler in it. It was made for a MSA S10 which is now calls home southern Illinois.
I built 1 also for a GFI S12. To take to close jams and gigs.
It takes an upholstery sewing machine to sew the heavy materials in the cover.

Re: Insulated Covers
Sorry, I am covered up with work for a while.
If you find someone, I would talk with them on the layout and build.
