We at SteelRadio are very excited to be able to present some of the young talent in the steel guitar world and players "newish" to the TSGA Jamboree. Mike Drassler is joining the showcase, he is a multi-instrumentalist beyond steel, and is a big part of organizing steel shows in his home base of Nashville, TN, which include giving young players opportunities to play and network. Last year many TSGA Jamboree attendees said this Thursday showcase was a favorite part of the weekend and enjoyed the diversity of styles and repertoire! Pedal Steel Noah and Bode Barker, Jr are two of the young Texas players on the showcase this year. We will post bio & other info about our other players in the coming days, here and on our social media. SteelRadio appreciates the opportunity provided by the TSGA to present this showcase following the kick-off set by Albert Talley, Mark Giles & their Western Swing band. Please be sure to be there!
